How long can my ad be? We have no limit to the length of your ad. We do reserve the right to refuse/edit any ad that is unreasonable in length. What contact information can I include in my ads? We allow you to include phone, fax, postal address, email address, contact links, application links and just about anything else. Can I include HTML in my ads? Yes. We allow any code that does not interfere with the performance or design of our sites. We reserve the right to refuse any code. Can I include Logos, Images or Photos in my ads? Yes. As long as these images are hosted by your company. Images should be of a reasonable size and cannot interfere with the performance or design of our sites. We can host images for an additional charge. We reserve the right to refuse any images. Can I have a custom header and footer for my ads? Yes. For an additional charge we can design a custom career site to meet your needs. This site can be a part of our site, part of your site or both. Contact us for details. Can I use my own application or application service in the ad? Yes. Simply provide a link in your ad to your online application. Links must be relevant to your ad/company and cannot link to our competitors. If your company does not own the site, you must have the site's permission to link it. We reserve the right to refuse any link. Can I include links in my ads? Yes. You may provide links to your corporate site, corporate career site or application site as long as you have permission to do so. How long do I have to use my listings? You can use your package listings anytime within one year of purchase. Do my listings stop at the end of the year period even if they have time left? No. Your listings will continue for their full term from the date of use even if your year has ended. For instance, if you bought your package January 1, 2004 and you placed your final 90-day listing December 1, 2004, the listing will stay on the full 90 days until March 1, 2005. How can I send bulk listings to you? We can accept them in several different formats. The most popular way is to use the online posting form in the menu or cut-and-paste them into an email to us. We can also pull them from your site. Contact us to see if we can accept your format. Can I buy a combination of 90-day and 1-year listings? Yes. The prices shown on the rate card are for packages with listings of the same term. But, we can do a bid for any combination you need. |

Can I pay via credit card? Yes, we accept most major credit cards either online via Paypal or offline via phone or postal mail. Click the "Pay Online" button in the menu for details. Will you invoice me? Yes. But, we reserve the right to require payment up front. Remember that you can get a discount for paying via credit card within 24 hours of posting your listing since we do not have to invoice you. |
